PurchPoint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at PurchPoint sole discretion.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on the Site may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
When you order from PurchPoint your credit card is charged in Mexican Pesos. If you live outside of Mexico, your form of currency will depend on the issuer of your credit card.
Payment by Credit Cards
As soon as your order (other than custom manufactured orders) is placed, we authorize the card for the full order value to confirm that funds are available. This is done through our payment aggregator: Openpay. Once we confirm the funds are available, we proceed to execute the orders immediately. We capture the funds (charge your card) once your items are placed in transit to you, but generally no later than the fifth day after your card was authorized. If you receive a partial order because certain items are on backorder your full order value will be collected in order to reserve the items for you. Authorization does not charge your card. Once your payment is complete you will receive a receipt with full details of your order.
